Direct is the cross-border label platform for ecommerce shippers and consolidators. Generate compliant labels and customs documents for every parcel, route each to the right last-mile carrier in Europe, and move consolidator-scale volume without a portal-per-carrier.

Manifest in, labels out.
Send the manifest
Push or upload your cross-border shipment data: consignee, contents and declared value, per parcel or in bulk for a whole consolidation.
Labels and customs, generated
Direct produces compliant carrier labels and the customs paperwork for every parcel, and routes each to the right last-mile carrier in the destination country.
Inject and deliver
Parcels move cross-border and are handed to the local carrier for the final mile. Track the whole batch, and your customers, from one place.
Built for cross-border
Direct is purpose-built for cross-border shipments into Europe, the messy part where customs, multiple last-mile carriers and volume collide.
Customs handled
Commercial invoices and customs documents are generated and attached to every parcel, so paperwork never holds up a shipment.
Last-mile across Europe
Each parcel is routed to the right destination carrier (DHL, Colissimo, PostNL and more) for the final mile, automatically.
Consolidator scale
Batch thousands of parcels at once. Direct is made for the volume that consolidators and high-growth cross-border sellers move.
Into Europe today
Cross-border into Europe is our focus right now, with more origins and lanes on the way as coverage grows.
The same proven engine
Direct runs on the ShipAPI platform that has generated over a million labels in 2025, in production for around seven years.
~/direct-carrier-proxy
FedEx and UPS, through one endpoint.
Direct is a proxy in front of the carriers. Keep your normal FedEx or UPS API calls, point them at the Direct base URL, and add one ship-api-authorization header. Ship-API injects the carrier credentials and account configuration, so your integration carries one key instead of one per carrier.
The proxy mirrors FedEx's own API one to one, so every request and response matches their published reference. Build against the FedEx Web Services interface reference and point the same calls at Direct.
Authentication is the one exception. Rather than FedEx's own OAuth and credential APIs, you call Direct's endpoints with your ship-api-authorization key, and Ship-API exchanges credentials with FedEx for you.
Last-mile routing across Europe (DHL, Colissimo, PostNL and more) is unchanged and runs alongside.
